Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the inclusion of the packing slip for faster processing.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
